Titanium Ti-6Al-4V is one of the most demanded titanium alloys, and is an alpha-beta alloy containing 6% Al and 4% V. This alloy is usually called Ti 6Al-4V, and one of the commonly used materials is this α-β alloy type material. It has the characteristics of being "light, strong, and has excellent corrosion resistance and heat resistance." The biggest feature of titanium is that it is light and strong. The reason for this is its "high specific strength." Titanium is by far the most popular non-ferrous metal. In addition, a floating mount (2-piece structure) is used in the tapered part. Therefore, the contact surface between the wheel and the nut does not move and only the screw part can be tightened, so tightening can be done with an accurate torque value. Damage to both nut sides) is reduced. It is especially effective on the rear wheels of drift vehicles, which are frequently attached and detached.
