Mission Aero Hood for the RX7 FD

The product is finished in a gray gel coat (dark gray) and is unpainted. It is slightly more flexible than the white gel coat, so there are fewer fine cracks in the gel coat when it is damaged. The
center duct is wide and designed to allow the heat from the radiator to escape, with an emphasis on heat dissipation. The rear duct is located in the center where heat accumulates. A mesh is also attached to the duct. A special hook
(compatible with the genuine striker) is attached so that it can be easily replaced with the genuine bonnet. If you are driving on a circuit or at high speeds, please attach a bonnet pin just to be safe.

(Carbon) The product is made of twill-woven wet carbon. It has a clear urethane coating on top of the clear gel coat, so it can be installed as is, making it a great bargain. The

special hook (compatible with genuine strikers) is attached so that it can be easily replaced with the genuine bonnet. If you are driving on a circuit or at high speeds, please attach a bonnet pin just to be safe.

The washer nozzle hole and other necessary holes are pre-drilled.
A special lid is included as a water protection measure. The rear duct is designed to allow water to flow to the center duct on the radiator side, so drill a hole in a location that will not interfere with your vehicle and allow water to flow. The lid is easy to install. Simply fit it onto the outer periphery of the rear part and secure it in four places with the included wing screws. The
design and shape are the same for both FRP and carbon. Only the outer periphery of the back bone remains, and it weighs approximately 6.0 kg.
